Department of Medical Prevention State Budget Healthcare Institution "Children's City Clinic No. 94 Moscow Department of Health "

The state budgetary health institution "Children's City Polyclinic No. 94 of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow" (GBUZ "DGP No. 94 DZM") is located at 20 Vishnevaya St., building 2. The clinic was commissioned in 1981. In 2013, as a result of the reorganization, three branches located at the following addresses were attached to GBUZ “DGP No. 94 DZM”: Planernaya, house 16 (branch No. 1), General Karbyshev boulevard, house 3 (branch No. 2), Demyan Bednogo St., building 18, building 1, building 1 (branch No. 3) with the formation of an outpatient center.

In order to provide medical care to children in educational institutions, a prevention department has been set up at GBUZ “DGP No. 94 DZM”. The department is organized in the head office and in all three branches of the outpatient center. The employees of the prevention department serve 31907 minors and students of 13 educational institutions. The medical rooms of the prevention department are located in 59 preschool and 41 general educational organizations.

The contingent of students and pupils of educational organizations, children and adolescents aged 1 year 6 months to 18 years. Most of them are residents of the regions of Northern and Southern Tushino, Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo, Khoroshevsky district.

Medical services for students and pupils of educational organizations provide 30 doctors, 13 paramedics and 60 nurses.

The main goal The main goal of the prevention department is to provide minors with primary health care in an emergency and emergency form, including sudden acute diseases, conditions, exacerbation of chronic diseases, as well as disease prevention.

Priority areas for the prevention department:

participation in monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements for conditions and the organization of education and training, including nutrition, physical education, labor training of minors in educational organizations;
providing minors with primary health care in an emergency and emergency form, including for sudden acute diseases, conditions, exacerbation of chronic diseases;
organization and implementation of immunization prophylaxis in educational organizations;
organization and implementation of anti-epidemic and preventive measures to prevent the spread of infectious and parasitic diseases in educational organizations;
organization and conduct of medical examinations of minors, analysis of the results of medical examinations and monitoring of the health status of minors, gives recommendations for the prevention of diseases and the rehabilitation of minors;
preparation of proposals on priority areas of preventive, correctional work carried out in educational organizations;
proposal and implementation of specific medical, social and psychological technologies for preserving, strengthening and restoring the health of minors in educational institutions;
interaction with district pediatricians, medical specialists of medical organizations, psychologists and teachers of educational organizations on the determination of the professional suitability of minors;
methodological support, together with psychologists and teachers of educational organizations, to work on the formation of stable stereotypes of healthy lifestyles and behaviors that are not associated with health risks among students;
participation in the rehabilitation of students during the rest periodand in assessing the effectiveness of its implementation;
participation in the hygienic control of training and education tools and their use in the process of training and education;
conducting sanitary-hygienic educational work among minors, their parents (legal representatives) and teachers on the prevention of diseases of minors and the formation of a healthy lifestyle;
interaction with the territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being and other institutions on the issue of protecting the health of minors.
