The procedure for the provision of medicinal care

• to federal beneficiaries (disabled children ) who have supporting documents for the benefit and confirmed by the Register of the Pension Fund of the city, having SNILS, a medical policy and receiving EDV;

• to regional beneficiaries confirming the privilege with a document (home front worker, repressed , children under 3 years old, children under 18 from large families, orphans, people awarded the Medal for the Defense of Moscow, participants in the prevention of the Caribbean crisis, persons awarded the Honorary Donor badge, mothers with 10 or more children) and medical policy;

• a preferential category of the population having a privilege according to the category of the disease, according to the order of the Moscow Department of Health of 01.19.2005, No. 31

When a citizen makes a personal appeal to a medical organization, it is not required to provide a certificate from the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia on receiving EDV.
