The right to receive state social assistance

The list of categories of citizens entitled to receive state social assistance in the form of a set of social services provided at the expense of the federal budget and the budget of the city of Moscow

In accordance with Article 6.1. The Federal Law "On State Social Assistance" (as amended on July 21, 2014), the following categories of citizens have the right to receive state social assistance in the form of a set of social services:

  • Disabled war;
  • Participants of the Great Patriotic War;
  • Veterans of hostilities from among the persons specified in subparagraphs 1-4 of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law "On Veterans" (as amended by Federal Law of January 2, 2000 N 40-ФЗ);
  • Military personnel who served in military units, institutions, military educational institutions that were not part of the army, from June 22, 1941 to September 3, 1945 for at least six months, military personnel awarded with orders or medals of the USSR for service during the specified period;
  • Persons awarded the sign "Resident of the besieged Leningrad";
  • Persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War on air defense facilities, local air defense, on the construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of operating fronts, operational zones of operating fleets, on front-line sections railways and highways, as well as crew members of transport fleet vessels interned at the ports of other states at the beginning of World War II;
  • Members of the families of the deceased (deceased) invalids of the war, participants in the Great Patriotic War and war veterans, members of the families of those who died in the Great Patriotic War from the personnel of self-defense groups of object and emergency teams of local air defense, as well as family members of the deceased hospital workers and hospitals of the city of Leningrad;
  • Disabled;
  • Children with disabilities.
