In the framework of the IX All-Russian Science Festival “NAUKA 0+” (hereinafter referred to as the “Science Festival”), competitions are held in 2019 aimed at developing independent creative and research activities of youth. Competitions allow revealing talented young people who will be able to prove themselves in the future both in science and in creativity.

Competitions are held under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, M.V. Moscow State University Lomonosov, Russian Academy of Sciences and the Government of Moscow.

The main idea of ​​the Science Festival is to popularize science in society, increase interest in scientific achievements and research, involve young people in science, and develop creativity among schoolchildren and students.
