You can now attach children to the clinic online at mos.ru
At mos.ru , you can now attach your child to a children's clinic. The new service will save parents time - now you do not need to go to a medical institution with documents to write a written application.
All necessary data can be transmitted electronically. The service is provided on mos.ru within three business days.
To receive the service, parents must first enter information about the child. To do this, go to the "Children" block of the "My Details" section and indicate the surname, name and patronymic, date of birth, gender, series and number of the birth certificate. The data will be checked by the registry office of Moscow within one day. If the verification of documents is successful, the user will be able to submit an application for attachment.
Then, in the "Health" section of the "Services" block, you need to select "Attachment to the children's clinic". Here you need to provide the passport data of the parent and child (if he is over 14 years old), information about the address of registration and residence, as well as the compulsory medical insurance policy issued in Moscow and the birth certificate of the child. If the data has already been specified in your account, the system will insert it automatically. You don’t need to scan documents - just enter their numbers.
Users will be asked to select a clinic. The system itself will tell the institution closest to the place of residence. The site shows addresses, phone numbers, types and numbers of sites, last names, first names and patronymics of doctors, as well as workload of all city children's clinics. In addition, parents will be able to use an interactive city map with a list of institutions. In total, there are 40 children's polyclinics and three children's polyclinic departments at city clinical hospitals in the capital.
The service is provided within three business days. Notification of the successful completion of the procedure will come to your personal account and by e-mail, the address of which was indicated by the parent. In addition, the user will receive an SMS message from the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS).
